Prior to launch, we train Diiploy on your business including your products and services. More importantly, we train Diiploy on what questions you want to ask and what is the end goal of each conversation.

Diiploy supports both inbound and outbound actions. A contact can connect with Diiploy as chat experience on a website, receive a SMS or Email from Diiploy after filling out a lead capture form or simply by receiving communication direct from Diiploy any time.

We provide a mobile app and web-based application for you to view all conversations. You can also setup our application to deliver each conversation via email or post to a webhook (so you can integrate into your CRM).
